Welcome to the online shop of studio OOOMS.

You can visit us at any time and order a unique handmade dutch design. We have our own stock, so orders can, after receiving the payment, be on their way to you within 72 hours. Prices are inclusive VAT. We ship worldwide for only 7,50 euro per order.

1. Payment
You can choose to pay with PayPal or iDEAL.
Paypal also offers you the option to pay with creditcard (Visacard, Mastercard).

2. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are 7.50 euro per order.
OOOMS strives to ship all merchandise within 3 working days from time of purchase. Delivery estimates are good faith estimates only. OOOMS will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise purchased passes to you upon our delivery of the merchandise to the carrier.

3. Returns
Merchandise purchased from OOOMS may be returned to OOOMS within 10 days from day of delivery, only if accompanied by the original receipt, in original condition and in original packaging. Returns must be authorized via email by OOOMS prior to shipping. Please send your return request to karin@oooms.nl accompanied by the ordernumber. Once authorized, the returned goods must be properly packed at the customer’s own expense and send to:

Upon reception of the goods in proper condition, OOOMS will refund the total amount for the returned goods within 14 days to the bank account specified.

4. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us by email at karin@oooms.nl. We will follow up immediately and rectify any reasonable complaint.
